git ls-files

• Show modified and deleted files:

git ls-files {{[-m|--modified]}}

• Show ignored and untracked files:

git ls-files {{[-o|--others]}}

• Show untracked files, not ignored:

git ls-files {{[-o|--others]}} --exclude-standard
