jj config edit

• Start an editor on the user-level config file:

jj config {{[e|edit]}} --user

• Start an editor on the repo-level config file:

jj config {{[e|edit]}} --repo

• Start an editor on the workspace-level config file:

jj config {{[e|edit]}} --workspace
