GetHelpCmd TeamsAddinScenario

Troubleshoot installation-related issues with the Microsoft Teams add-in for Microsoft Outlook (Classic). Part of GetHelpCmd.exe, formerly SaRAcmd.exe (Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant). Note: This tool has been deprecated and will not work in the new Outlook application.
